The Problem
The company wanted to reach a new target group for the research-backed ingredient but did not know where to start or where to focus.
The Approach
We analysed social media chatter about the ingredient on popular online platforms and forums using webscraping.
We analysed the data using our QinaVer solution, to identify and understand current attitudes, perceptions, ingredient uses and perceived benefits.
The Impact
Using QinaVer, we will track online chatter to identify new target groups.
We are working on developing partnerships with Personalised nutrition & digital health startups to increase market reach for their brands. This project is ongoing.
The Outcome
Our analysis identified 3 main customer personas. This helped to define the strategy and target consumer group.
We developed an online content strategy to increase awareness and education around the ingredient. The campaign led to a 200% increase in impressions and a 10% increase in engagement.
